- Boil assorted meats and stockfish together,add oil fired tell soup to boil along for a while, add smoked fish later on and set aside when it's all ready.
- Wash cut waterleaf properly in salt water, pour into pot to dry. Also wash Ugu in salt water and add into the waterleaf to dry a little. When vegetables are reseabonly dry, add chopped onions.
